Shipping policy

At ARTH, each order is packed with care and intention—just like our pieces. Below is everything you need to know about our shipping process, courier fees, and delivery terms.


Order Processing

Please allow 1–2 working days for us to process your order before dispatch. During busier periods, such as launches or holidays, this may take slightly longer. Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.


UK Shipping

We currently ship within the UK only. All orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked services.

Our courier rates are as follows:

Up to 2kg

24h Tracked – £4.25

48h Tracked – £3.39

Up to 10kg

24h Tracked – £7.69

48h Tracked – £6.65

Shipping time is in addition to our 1–2 day order processing window.
For 24h delivery, please place your order by 2pm to ensure timely dispatch.


Important Delivery Terms

If you believe there’s an issue with your delivery (e.g. missing, misdelivered, or damaged parcels), please contact our customer care team at info@arth-wellness.com within 3 days of delivery. We are unable to investigate or insure deliveries beyond this window.

If your parcel is returned to sender (e.g. due to incorrect address, refused delivery, or unpaid duties/taxes), we will refund the item value minus any courier return fees. The original shipping cost is non-refundable.


International Shipping

We are not currently offering EU or international shipping—but we’re working behind the scenes to make this available soon. We can't wait to share ARTH with the world.
