At ARTH, we take immense pride in crafting unique, handmade pieces—each one with its own character and story. Due to the artisanal nature of our process, no two items are ever exactly alike. Small imperfections such as air bubbles, textural variations, or asymmetries are intentional and part of the creative process. These are not considered faults, but rather a reflection of the individuality of each piece.


Returns (UK Only)

We hope you adore your ARTH purchase, but if something isn’t quite right, you have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to return it. After this window, we are unfortunately unable to accept returns.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, in their original, resaleable condition.

  • Items must include all original packaging, tags, and any applicable disclaimer labels.

If your item does not meet these conditions upon inspection, we reserve the right to reject the return. Rejected items will be returned to you via second-class post.


Exchanges

We do accept exchanges. If you’d like to exchange an item for a different one, please reach out to us at info@arth-wellness.com within 30 days of receiving your order. We'll confirm next steps and guide you through the process.

In most cases, the original item will need to be returned first. Once received and approved, we’ll ship your exchange item or issue store credit, depending on availability.


Return Shipping

As a growing, independent brand, we are currently unable to cover the cost of returns or exchanges. We recommend using a tracked delivery service via your local post office to ensure your return reaches us safely. ARTH cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
